Create a spacious, polished setting for your outdoor event with our 20′ × 60′ high-peak tent rental. This professionally installed configuration provides 1,200 square feet of covered space for weddings, corporate events, graduations, festivals and community gatherings.

Tent configuration: This 20′ × 60′ covered area is created by connecting either one 20′ × 40′ tent with one 20′ × 20′ tent or three 20′ × 20′ tents. The configuration used will depend on inventory availability and site conditions.

Estimated seating capacity:

  • Up to approximately 96 guests at 60-inch round tables
  • Up to approximately 144 guests at 8-foot banquet tables

These are maximum seating estimates. Actual capacity will be lower when space is needed for buffet tables, dance floors, stages, bars, serving areas or wider aisles.

Site requirements:

  • The installation area must be level, accessible and free of overhead obstructions.
  • Sprinkler systems, septic lines and privately installed underground utilities must be identified before installation.
  • Additional charges may apply for difficult access, hard surfaces or special anchoring requirements.
  • Final tent placement and configuration are subject to a site and safety assessment.

Tent attachments and modifications:

Only Simmpley Event-Party Rentals employees or authorized representatives may install, attach, hang, adjust, remove or relocate lighting, draping, electrical equipment, signs, decorations or other materials on or from the tent structure unless prior written approval is provided by Simmpley Event-Party Rentals.

Customers, guests and outside vendors may not alter the tent or attach anything to its frame, poles, stakes, ropes or anchoring system without written approval. Additional charges may apply for unauthorized attachments, alterations or resulting damage.

Sidewalls provide additional coverage but do not make the tent waterproof or climate-controlled. Tent availability and installation are subject to weather and site conditions.

Applicable sales tax, delivery, damage waiver, hard-surface installation and other fees are not included in the listed rental price.
