Create a spacious, polished setting for your outdoor event with our 20′ × 40′ high-peak tent rental. This professionally installed tent provides 800 square feet of covered space with no center poles, allowing greater flexibility when arranging tables, chairs and event equipment.

This size works well for weddings, corporate events, graduation parties, school and church functions, memorial services and community gatherings.

  • Concrete, asphalt and other hard-surface installations require additional equipment and charges
  • Final placement is subject to site access, underground utilities and safe installation conditions

Estimated seating capacity:

  • Up to approximately 64 guests at 60-inch round tables
  • Up to approximately 96 guests at 8-foot banquet tables

These are maximum seating estimates and do not include space for buffet tables, dance floors, stages, bars, gift tables or wide service aisles. We can help determine the appropriate tent size based on your complete event layout.

Site requirements:

The customer must accurately identify and mark all private underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems and other underground obstacles before installation. The installation area must be level, accessible and clear of vehicles, furniture, debris, tree limbs and other obstructions.

Sidewalls and tent lighting may be added for an additional charge. Sidewalls do not make the tent waterproof, airtight or climate-controlled.

Tent installation and use are subject to weather conditions and Simmpley Event-Party Rentals’ final safety determination.

Applicable sales tax, delivery, damage waiver, hard-surface installation and other fees are not included in the displayed rental price.
